In order to apply, please follow these steps:

Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.

2. Following the repertoire guidelines set in the repertoire page, choose and record two of the required works.

 

3. Upload your unedited video to YouTube and send us a link of your recording to sgimfa@gmail.com.

NOTE: if your video is not public, please do not set your video to "private" but, rather, simply as "unlisted."

 

4. Submit a short biography/resume and a small file-size head shot picture by email to sgimfa@gmail.com

 

5. Pay the non-refundable application fee of US$ 50 using the PayPal button below.

 

6. The registration deadlines are as follows:

Early registration deadline: December 1st, 2014. Advantage: your application fee will be reimbursed! Please note that this is not tantamount to a waiver. You still have to pay the application fee, but it will be refunded to you to the extent that it will be applied toward your tuition.

Admissions decisions will be announced on December 15, 2014 at the latest.

 

Regular registration deadline: February 15, 2015. No advantages or disadvantages. Simply pay the US$50 application fee.

Admissions decisions will be announced on February 28, 2015 at the latest.

 

Late registration deadline: Ongoing, subject to availability. Disadvantage: a US$10 late application fee will be due along with your US$50 regular application fee.

Applications by late applicants will be reviewed immediately, and admissions decisions will be made and announced immediately as well. The remaining spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

7. Only if you have been accepted, you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of attending the Sankt Goar International Festival and Academy upon receiving your letter of admission (i. e. you will need to pay on December 31st, 2014 for early applicants; March 15, 2015, for regular applicants; and immediately upon acceptance for late applicants). We cannot hold spots for anyone without a deposit.


If you fail to make the deposit by the dead-line above, you will forefeit your place in favor of an applicant on our waiting list. No refunds will be issued.

 

8. The remaning 50% balance, which is also non-refundable, is due one month after the first tuition payment.
